Ghazala Beach Hotel Sharm el-Sheikh, Sharm el-Sheikh

My stay at the hotel was filled with ups and downs. I faced significant issues with the room provided, including lack of hot water and poor cleanliness. However, the hotel did have a lovely beach area and enjoyable activities, which made some of the stay worthwhile. Unfortunately, the service I received felt inadequate and dismissive, which really impacted my experience.

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite a few positive notes about the staff being great, the overall condition of the hotel was quite poor, with dirty bathrooms and inadequate food options. The amenities were lacking, and the internet was unreliable. It certainly did not live up to what was promised on the website.

My experience at Ghazala Beach Hotel was overall very positive. The location is fantastic right by the beach with access to excellent snorkeling. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. However, the hotel could use some maintenance, like a fresh coat of paint, and I did have a problem with mosquitoes in my room that wasn’t addressed effectively. Overall, it was great value for a beach getaway.

The food at the restaurant was good, and the beach area was simply amazing. However, the bathroom in my room definitely needs renovation, and there were some issues with amenities that affected my comfort during my stay.
